BUSINESS PROFILE

The company was founded in 1990 with expertise in Systems Integration and Specialized Help Desk Out-Sourcing, focused on addressing the strategic information systems needs of small- to middle-market companies. Our customers have ranged from $500,000 revenue dot-com start-ups to larger enterprises with $20-Billion of assets.

Architected and implemented a larger-scale Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system (over three million records) for a $20-Billion Private Equity firm, resulting in near-instant and deterministic retrieval of fully-digitized accounting records, including Accounts Payable, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation, Purchase Orders, and Contracts. The conversion of the Accounting Department to an electronic records-based system was further leveraged by designing an advanced, real-time invoice tracking system which used sophisticated work-flows and digital signatures for payment approvals.

Architected and implemented a large-scale ECM system for one of San Diego, California’s fastest-growing law firms of 2012, resulting in near-instant and deterministic retrieval of fully-digitized, confidential attorney work-product and juvenile case file records. Upon case disposition the juvenile case file records are then automatically and electronically-uploaded to the California state court case-retrieval system.

As early as the internet boom at the beginning of this century, we helped build what may have been the first nationwide DSL broadband network, under the auspices of a $91-Million Venture Capital-funded dot-com startup. This Internet Service Provider (ISP) was later acquired by Covad, a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), which eventually merged with MegaPath Corporation, forming one of the country’s largest Managed Services Local Exchange Carriers (MSLEC).

With very few exceptions, every modern, up-to-date computing environment now uses virtualization in some form, whether it be the server space, virtualization of entire desktops, or even app-specific delivery to mobile devices. We began implementing and using server virtualization in 1999 and continue to do so this day.
